Responsibilities:
Legal Document Preparation: Prepare a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements, to facilitate contract negotiations and legal proceedings.
Legal Research: Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies, provide valuable insights, and assist in making informed legal decisions.
Client Interaction: Collaborate with senior associate attorneys to provide legal counsel to clients, analyze conflicts in legal matters, propose solutions, and negotiate on behalf of clients when necessary.
Case Management: Communicate effectively with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure the efficient handling of cases. Maintain organized client files to ensure all relevant information is readily accessible to the legal team.
Professional Development: Work closely with senior attorneys to enhance your legal skills, contribute to the overall success of the firm, and assist in growing our client base.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Possession of a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required.
Bar Admission: Successful completion of the bar exam is essential, and you must be a member of the Florida Bar.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with senior attorneys to best serve the needs of our clients and contribute to the growth and success of our firm.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients, staff members, and senior attorneys.
Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate effective problem-solving abilities to address legal issues, propose solutions, and provide valuable insights to support case strategies.
