Sylvester "Bailey" Jr. is a recent graduate of St. Thomas University Benjamin L. Crump College of Law and a newly admitted Florida attorney. He is the founder of Bailey Justice Law Firm, PLLC, where his work focuses on personal injury, probate, estate planning, and civil litigation.

Before entering the legal profession, Bailey built a strong foundation in business, leadership, and community service as an entrepreneur and educator. He is the co-owner of All Dolled Up Salons and has served as an adjunct professor at Broward College, where he has mentored and taught students in business-related courses.

Bailey is passionate about using the law as a tool for access, advocacy, and empowerment. As a former scholarship recipient, he understands the importance of organizations like the TJ Reddick Bar Association in supporting future attorneys and creating pathways for students who may face financial barriers while pursuing their legal education.

Through his work, Bailey remains committed to service, mentorship, and building a legal career rooted in community impact, professionalism, and justice.
