I have practiced commercial litigation in New York City and Florida since 1974. I specialized in all types of civil (mostly commercial) litigation with concentration in business disputes, banking securities, real estate, insurance, probate, and intellectual property.

In 2018 I began the full time practice of ADR, that is, alternative (to civil litigation) dispute resolution: arbitration (as an arbitrator) and mediator, specializing in all commercial, business, intellectual property, probate, banking and investment disputes. I have been an American Arbitration Association Arbitrator on its Complex Case panel, for 31 years. As a private mediator, I assist parties in disputes to settle their cases, and in over 700 mediations, have a very high settlement rate.
