Sherea L. Randle, Esq. is the Associate Director for the Office of Career and Professional Development at Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad College of Law. Ms. Randle is a Florida Bar Board Certified Attorney in Juvenile Law. She has extensive litigation experience as she served as legal counsel to the Florida Department of Children and Families, Children’s Legal Services throughout the State of Florida. Most notably, Ms. Randle served as an Assistant Attorney General with the Florida Office of the Attorney General, Children’s Legal Services in Broward County where she litigated termination of parental rights petitions to establish permanency for children who have been sufferers of abuse, abandonment, or neglect.

In addition to her professional roles, Ms. Randle is an active member of the community serving as an Executive Board Member and Corresponding Secretary of the TJ Reddick Bar Association, she is a member of The Florida Bar Student Education and Admission to the Bar Committee, Public Interest Law Section of The Florida Bar Children’s Rights Committee, The Florida Pro Bono Coordinators Association, the National Association of Counsel for Children, and the Wilkie D. Ferguson, Jr. Bar Association.

Ms. Randle graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law (FCSL), where she graduated with pro bono honors. She completed the Advanced Legal Research, Writing and Drafting Certificate program as well as the Family Law Certificate program. In addition, she served as executive board member, drafter, and editor for the FCSL Public Interest Research Bureau and a competing member on both the Moot Court and Mock Trial teams. She earned her Master of Arts in Grant Writing, Management, and Evaluation from Concordia University Chicago. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Bethune Cookman University and she maintains a Florida Educator Certification in Music Education K-12.
